EGGS FOR HATCHING Our hens and roosters roam freely, and therefore their eggs have a high likelyhood of being fertile. If you are interested in fertile eggs for incubation, please contact us a week in advance so that we can set some aside for you. We do not have incubation equipment. We will take back any chicks hatched from our eggs in the Spring and early summer.
Cost $10 dozen, including chick starter.
Hi,
We do not sell calves.
Thanks for asking!
We do sell hay in bales. We will begin having this year’s hay (we’re out of last year’s) after this weekend.
Someone told me that you sell chicken (meat). Is that true? and if so, is it from your farm? or from where?
Thanks!
In January, we were selling chicken, from The Farm Institute, an educational farm on Martha’s Vineyard. We have sold out of that chicken and don’t currently have plans to get anymore.
What are the six different chicken breeds you have?
Hi,
We have many different breeds here including: Barred Rocks, Silkies, Rhode Island Reds, White Sex Links, Araucana, Americauna, Red Star, and Buff Rocks. Thanks for asking!
