Welcome to Codman Community Farm’s commercial kitchen where we make everything from scratch, using the best local and organic produce and proteins to craft tasty, healthy, and unique items for you and your family to enjoy!

We’re excited to offer our premium quality, locally-grown products. Our prepared foods are made exclusively with our own Lincoln-grown proteins and produce as well as the best local and organic vegetables available in New England. Working with our staff in the field, our chef Tillie develops recipes to highlight the best of what’s in season, staying true to hyper-local and sustainable ingredient sourcing. Each week we prepare new and unique items fresh for our store. New items are typically available in our glass coolers starting on Fridays.

  • Spiced Lamb and Beef Meatballs with Yogurt SauceCodman beef and lamb, mint, cilantro, and spices, served with lemony yogurt sauce

  • Spiced Carrot Bread made with locally grown carrots and spiced with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg

  • Beef Chili, FROZENHigh Lawn ground beef, homemade beef bone broth, organic black beans

  • Beef and Pork Bolognese, FROZEN made with ground beef from our friends at High Lawn, our own pasture raised ground pork and chicken bone broth…a customer favorite!

  • Chicken Bone Broth, FROZENmade by roasting Codman’s pasture-raised chicken bones and then simmering overnight

  • Beef Bone Broth, FROZENmade by roasting Codman’s 100% grass fed beef bones then simmering overnight

As we continue to grow our kitchen and expand our offerings, we are starting a pre-ordered meal program in addition to our first-come, first-serve prepared food items available in the glass cases.


Sliced Deli Meats

We have developed a line of fresh, sliced deli meats using our own 100% Grass-Fed Beef and pasture-raised pork. These deli meats are uncured and made with the simplest, cleanest ingredients possible and have been made specifically for us by a select group of local USDA processors. We slice these meats on a rotating basis and make them available in our Farm Stand. If you are interested in custom ordering these meats, please email pete@codmanfarm.org for more information. Our current selection of deli meats includes:

  • Simple Deli Ham - a lightly smoked, simple ham with just the right amount of sweetness

  • Green Forest Ham - more smokey flavor than our simple ham, with a hint of juniper berries. A take on Black Forest Ham.

  • Mortadella - a classic Italian favorite with black peppercorns and pistachios

  • Genoa Salami - an amazingly deeply flavored salami cured for over five months, the best salami in the world!

  • Bologna - yes, bologna! Made with our own beef and pork - omg, you HAVE to try this! It’s just the most tasty bologna you’ve ever had. Perfect bologna flavor and texture, a bit smokey. So delicious.

  • Smoked Deli Loin - using our beautiful pork loins, we’ve rubbed them with herbs and spices and smoked them long and slow. Sliced thin it’s a healthy, low-fat, slightly smokey delight that is tasty on its own or on a sandwich.
